Clad in saffron attire, adorned with Rudraksha beads around his neck and hands, he took a holy dip in the sacred confluence of the Ganga, Yamuna, and the mythical Saraswati rivers. He also offered Arghya (water oblation) to the sun and chanted Vedic mantras for about five minutes.
