Operation Amritpal: Couple having links with Papalpreet Singh detained in Jammu
Jammu, March 25: The Jammu Police on Saturday detained a couple from RS Pura on the outskirts of Jammu for its alleged links with Waris Punjab De head Amritpal Singh’s associate Papalpreet Singh.
The couple has been identified as Amrik Singh and wife Sarabjeet Kaur. They have been handed over to Punjab Police after being detained, the police said.

Papalpreet and Amritpal are at large since the Punjab Police launched a massive crackdown against Amritpal Singh and his 'Waris Punjab De' outfit on March 18.

Papalpreet (38) and Amritpal were reportedly last seen together at Papalpreet’s friend Baljit Kaur’s residence in Shahbad, Kurukshetra on March 19 The duo left her house on March 20. The woman has been arrested on charges of sheltering the duo and abetting their escape.
