Sudhir Suri murder: Family agrees to cremate body of Shiv Sena leader
Sudhir Suri murder: After the district administration assured them of a government job and security cover, the family members of Shiv Sena (Taksali) leader Sudhir Suri agreed Saturday evening to cremate his body.
The cremation will take place shortly.
The development comes as Amritsar Deputy Commissioner Harpreet Singh Sudan and Commissioner of Police Arun Pal Singh met the family members and assured them that all of their demands will be sent to the government.

Notably, the family demanded security cover, a government job for a family member and martyr status to Suri. The family also demanded the naming of preacher and Waris Punjab De head Amritpal Singh in FIR.
