Punjab Police Transfers: Ferozepur SSP among 7 IPS, 2 PPS officers transferred
In a major development before the enforcement of the Model Code of Conduct, the Punjab government on Saturday transferred Ferozepur SSP among 7 IPS and 2 PPS officers.
Ferozepur SSP Harmandeep Singh Hans is among those IPS and PPS officers who have been transferred. Ferozepur police has been in the eye of a controversy over the alleged security breach of Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his Punjab visit.

Meanwhile, Narendra Bhargava has been posted as Ferozepur SSP.
Likewise, the Punjab government withdrew additional charges from zonal commissioners.
