Punjab: Water enters houses and floods streets in Ludhiana amid heavy rainfall, see photos
Punjab: Water entered houses and even the floodlike situation on the streets in Ludhiana following the heavy rainfall in the city on Thursday. The heavy to heavy rainfall lashed out in the part of Ludhiana in Punjab, amid the weather prediction of the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD). 
The heavy rainfall has led to the waterlogging streets and in fact, now the water is entering the houses in Ludhiana. 
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD), earlier this week forecasted that there will be rainfall in about the start of the August, and it happened. Ludhiana has been witnessing the early rainfall, and the IMD has always forecasted the perfect resolution for the rainfall in the city. 
Meanwhile, the nearby areas of Punjab like Amritsar, Jalandhar, Chandigarh are still waiting for the rains, as there has been no rainfall in the past few days and the temperature is rising day by day again.

However, Patiala and Bathinda have been the districts where the rain caused several major issues, which even led to the flood-like situation in Punjab, but now it is under control.
