Pushpinder Singh Gill appointed academic affairs dean at Punjabi University
In a major development, Dr. Pushpinder Singh Gill has been appointed as new Dean Academic Affairs, Punjabi University, Patiala.
The senior-most Professor of Punjabi University, Patiala, Dr. Pushpinder Singh Gill has been appointed as Dean Academic Affairs.

He replaces Dr. Amritpal Kaur who recently resigned from this post after the deadlock was created between the Punjabi University teaching faculty and the Vice-Chancellor’s office.
Dr. Pushpinder Singh Gill, the senior-most professor of the university has also worked as Professor at the School of Management Studies, Punjabi University Patiala.

He has also worked as Head, School of Management Studies and Dean, Faculty of Business Studies, Punjabi University.
His areas of forte include Strategic Management, Organizational Behaviour and Marketing. Before joining the School of Management Studies, he had spent 6 years in the University School of Management at Guru Kashi Campus, Talwandi Sabo, a neighbourhood campus of the University in Patiala.
Also, he was one of the pioneers in making Guru Kashi Campus a success story with his visionary and strategic approach.
