WhatsApp to roll out 'Groups in common' section in search bar
PTC Web Desk: WhatsApp users will soon be able to checkout a list of groups they have in common with contact they are looking for. The Meta-owned messaging platform is soon rolling out this new feature for some beta testers on Android and iOS.
As per WABetaInfo, Beta users would be able to see a new 'Groups in common' section when searching for contacts. The report says the feature is currently available for some testers at present, and is likely to be rolled out to more users in the near future.
This feature is the same as the one rolled out on WhatsApp Desktop.
