Tamil Nadu youths pays Rs 2.5 lakh in Re 1 coin for his dream bike
In a peculiar incident went viral over social media of a youth from Tamil Nadu’s Salem who bought his dream bike by paying Rs 2.5 lakh in one-rupee coin. Yes you heard it absolutely right! This is the live example of how small things leads to big changes.
A young boy named V Boobathi collected Re 1 coin over three years spending few hours everyday to collect the coins and later took the coins to a showroom and bought a new Bajaj Dominar.

The manager at Bharat Agency, Mahavikranth said that, "The staff at the motorcycle showroom took 10 hours to count Boobathi's three years of savings.”
Boobathi is a BCA graduate and had worked as a computer operator with a private company before he started a YouTube channel four years ago.
Earlier, he dreamt of buying the bike but didn’t have enough money to buy his dream bike back then so collected and managed to fill his piggy bank with Rs 1 daily and recently brought his dream bike.
However, owing to the bank strike, the youth is now busy converting the Re 1 coins back into currency notes.
According to the sources, the youth said that, “"I had assured the bike showroom manager I would take responsibility to convert the one-rupee coins to currency notes in case of any difficulty. Due to the ongoing bank strike, it appears I have to convert them to currency notes.”
He approached few hotels seeking help to convert the currency and managed to convert 40,000 one-rupee coins into currency notes.
