Coronavirus Update: The total number of coronavirus cases in Punjab has increased to 1,26,737 after 507 new cases of COVID-19 were reported from the state on Friday. According to the media bulletin issued by the Punjab Health Department on Friday, the death toll in the state due to COVID-19 has increased to 3,980 after 26 new COVID deaths were reported from the state. Amritsar reported 6 new deaths while Bathinda reported 1, Ferozepur 2, Gurdaspur 1, Hoshiarpur 2, Jalandhar 3, Ludhiana 5, SAS Nagar 1, Pathankot 1, Ropar 2, and Tarn Taran 2.
