Woman accuses Lok Insaaf party leader Simarjit Bains of rape
Simarjit Singh Bains is an Indian politician from the state of Punjab and a member of the Punjab Legislative Assembly. He is from Lok Insaaf Party. He represents Atam Nagar Assembly Constituency of Punjab.
Simarjit Singh Bains has been accused by a woman of raping her. The victim of Ludhiana made big revelations on PTC News and said that when she was bankrupt and saw no hope of saving the house taken on loan, she thought MLA Bains will help him.

But the MLA seemed to have different eye for the victim. He raped her numerous times at the party office and at a neighbor's house.
According to the victim, the house she bought with a loan from the bank was actually from a property dealer. But after the installments were broken, the victim decided to sell the house. But the property dealer started flirting with the full amount and the victim went to MLA and then MLA tried to rape her whenever he got a chance.
The victim has a little hope of action against the MLA.

The accused MLA has tried to clear his footing by embroiling the case in the political arena but the victim's disgraced stigma testifies that such allegations can be leveled without any evidence or truth.
