With 581 new cases, Punjab's COVID-19 tally rises to 1,24,535

The total number of coronavirus cases in Punjab has increased to 1,24,535 after 581 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in the last 24 hours, as of Monday evening.

The death toll in Punjab due to COVID-19 has increased to 3,860 after 27 new COVID deaths were reported from the state.

With 581 new cases, Punjab's COVID-19 tally rises to 1,24,535

Gurdaspur reported 5 new deaths while Amritsar reported 4, Ludhiana 3, Ferozepur 2, Hoshiarpur 2, Jalandhar 2, Patiala 2, Faridkot 1, Fatehgarh Sahib 1, Fazilka 1, Kapurthala 1, Muktsar 1, SBS Nagar 1, and Pathankot 1.

The total number of recoveries in Punjab has increased to 1,12,417 after 1,552 new recoveries were reported from the state.

Ludhiana reported 98 new recoveries, Jalandhar recorded 91, Patiala 57, SAS Nagar 268, Amritsar 94, Gurdaspur 96, Bathinda 171, Hoshiarpur 23, Ferozepur 38, Pathankot 36.

Likewise, Sangrur reported 16 new recoveries, Kapurthala 56, Faridkot 318, Muktsar 23, Fazilka 24, Moga 73, Ropar 9, Fatehgarh Sahib 11, Barnala 7, Tarn Taran 8, SBS Nagar 17, and Mansa 18.

Among the new coronavirus cases in Punjab, Ludhiana reported 62, Jalandhar 82, Patiala 14, SAS Nagar 58, Amritsar 48, Gurdaspur 38, Bathinda 54, Hoshiarpur 35, Ferozepur 28, Pathankot 34, Sangrur 8, Kapurthala 21, and Faridkot 17.
