Australia vs Sri Lanka, 2nd T20: Australia, on Wednesday, defeated Sri Lanka by 9 wickets in the second T20 match and sealed the series 2-0 with a game to go. David Warner was named Man of the Match for his magnificent half-century. Along with Warner (60), Smith too hammered 53 runs off 36 balls. Meanwhile, skipper Aaron Finch failed to continue the spark of Syndey in Brisbane, and went back to the pavilion on a duck. Sri Lankan skipper Lasith Malinga took the only wicket of Aaron Finch. The visitors won the toss and elected to bat first, but failed to score a fighting total. Lankans were restricted to the low-score of just 117 runs. Prior to this, Australia chased down 117 in the 14th over of the match. Among the bowlers, Billy Stanlake, Pat Cummins, Aston Turner and Adam Zampa, took two wickets each.
