15 year old Pragya Pandey, committed suicide by hanging herself on Tuesday in Delhi after scoring poor marks in Class 10th CBSE Board Exam, the police said.
The deceased was identified as Pragya Pandey, a 15-year-old student of Ryan International School allegedly committed suicide by hanging herself in southwest Delhi’s Vasant Kunj, police said. She secured 70 % marks.
Pandey wanted to pursue science and felt that she won’t be able to pursue it due to a low percentage, they added.
In another incident, 17 year old Rohit Kumar Meena took his life after scoring poor marks. He was a student of Dwarka’s M R Vivekananda Model School. He was declared brought dead.
