Chandigarh reports 232 new coronavirus cases, total count 5,995
The total number of coronavirus cases in Chandigarh have increased to 5,995 after 232 new cases of COVID-19 were reported.
According to the media bulletin issued by the Chandigarh Health Department, Active cases in Chandigarh are 2,184 cases.
Among the positive cases is a one day old infant from Sector 45.
Due to the increasing pandemic, 3 more people have lost their lives; A 45 year old female from Dhanas, A 72 year old female resident of sector 43, and A 50 year old female resident of sector 37.

A total of 295 patients have been discharged including persons from home isolation who have completed 10 days and are asymptomatic as per MoHFW guidelines.
