Farmers Protest: Telengana CM to distribute Rs.3 lakh aid to kin of each deceased tomorrow
Telangana government’s promise to provide financial assistance of Rs 3 lakh to the families of farmers killed during thefamers protest on Delhi borders will be met tomorrow in Punjab. Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasekhar along with Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann will hand over cheque to the kin of the victims.

According to the reports, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal will also be present on the occasion. The event will be held tomorrow at Municipal Bhawan, Sector 35, Chandigarh.
Last year on November 20, a day after Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced that the three contentious central agricultural laws are being repealed, Telangana chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao on Saturday announced ex-gratia of ₹3 lakh to the families of protesters who died during the course of the agitation, which began on November 26, 2020 on the borders of Delhi.
