10-year-old Shravan Singh from Ferozepur honoured with PM Rashtriya Bal Puruskar for his support to Army during Op Sindoor
PTC News Desk: Ten-year-old Shravan Singh, a resident of border village Mamdot in Ferozepur district, has been honoured with Pradhan Mantri Rashtriya Bal Puruskar- the country's highest civilian honour for children.
President Droupadi Murmu presented the award to Shravan along with other recipients in Delhi on Friday.
Shravan, who hails from Chak Taran Wali village in the border district of Ferozepur scripted exemplary story of patriotism and dedication. Despite his young age, he showed extraordinary commitment and made it a point to travel daily to the forward posts to deliver essential items including cold water, milk, tea, lassi for the soldiers deployed near his home.
He spent time with them, helped in small yet meaningful ways, and developed a deep emotional bond with the men in uniform.

Earlier his unwavering support caught Indian Army's attention who then felicitated him with the 'Youngest Civil Warrior' during Operation Sindoor.
His bravery and exemplary dedication prompted the Union government to shortlist him for the National Child Award.
