Kerala Temple Mishap: Over 150 injured after fireworks accident
PTC News: Over 150 people injured including 8 being in critical condition following a fireworks accident that took place in Temple festival in Kerala's Neeleswaram in Kasargod
According to the reports the incident occurred when fireworks storage facility near the Veerarkavu Temple caught fire. The wounded have been taken to different hospitals in Kasargod, Kannur, and Mangaluru.
The resulting explosion ignited a large fire, injuring several bystanders, including women and children who had gathered nearby to watch the Theyyam performance.
