Parkash Singh Badal reaches Varanasi for filing nomination by PM Modi Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday will file his nomination papers from Varanasi, the constituency he won 2014 general election. Shiromani Akali Dal’s patriarch Parkash Singh Badal today arrived at the Varanasi hotel where Amit Shah and Rajnath Singh were meeting other NDA leaders.
