Tension, chaos and scare gripped Punjab’s Amritsar as in horrific, shocking and unsettling incident a 35-year-old man identified as Amritpal Singh killed his mother Manbir Kaur, sister-in-law Avneet Kaur, and 2.5-year-old nephew Samarth.
