Patiala reports 28 fresh Dengue cases
Patiala (Punjab), November 19 (By Gagandeep Ahuja): As many as 28 new cases of Dengue infection have been reported in the Patiala district of Punjab. With the newly reported cases, the total number of infections has increased to 772.
Meanwhile, another dengue death has been recorded in the district. A 70-year-old woman died of the infection after being hospitalised for at least a week.
Moreover, on Friday, the Health Department detected dengue larvae at 209 sites in the district. The larvae were immediately destroyed by the health staff during an anti-dengue drive.
