WATCH: Punjab minister Kataruchak’s ‘sexual misconduct victim’ makes startling revelations on camera
PTC Web Desk: In a startling revelation in Punjab Cabinet minister Lal Chand Kataruchak alleged sexual misconduct case, the alleged victim on Friday came on camera and termed the allegations as true.
He has claimed that "he was subjected to sexual misconduct by Lal Chand Kataruchak from 2013 to 2014 when he was very young, and it continued till 2021. He claimed that he last met him on Diwali 2021 and after he was made Cabinet minister, Kataruchak started avoiding his calls.
The alleged victim has confirmed that "it is he who is in the video that has been handed over to Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit by Congress leader Sukhpal Singh Khaira".
The alleged victim claimed that he had himself made that video for self-defence. The alleged victim is now fearing threat to his and family's life.
Meanwhile, the victim has also approached the SC commission seeking protection. He alleged that there was threat to his life in Punjab. He has also accused the entire Punjab machinery of protecting the Cabinet minister.
