Sunil Jakhar writes to PM Modi to start special scheme for widows, their children
Chandigarh, September 25: BJP leader Sunil Jakhar on Sunday wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi demanding special pension for widow women as additional allowance for raising their children.

Similarly, many widowed single mothers who are taking care of their children alone have demanded to start special scholarship schemes for the education of their children so that such children can also get quality and higher education.
He also presented a copy of the letter to the Prime Minister to BJP National President JP Nadda in New Delhi and said that on the holy occasion of Navratri, Maa Durga is worshiped, so on such occasion the government should start such a scheme for ‘Matar Shakti’, which shall prove to be helpful for such families.
