Eyewitnesses said the cobra appeared visibly agitated in the video. At one point, the snake lunged forward, even clamping onto the man's cap, triggering panic among onlookers. Several people can be heard shouting at him to release the snake, while others stepped back in fear. Although an individual tried to intervene and remove the cobra, he reportedly brushed off the danger and kept walking around.
According to local sources, the situation turned fatal when the cobra bit him multiple times. Soon after, his condition worsened rapidly. He was rushed to a nearby hospital, but doctors declared him dead on arrival, confirming that the cause of death was severe snake envenomation.
The video has since drawn strong reactions online. While some users expressed shock and sadness over the incident, others criticised the act as irresponsible.
