28-year-old man killed his father in Maharashtra
A 28-year-old man was arrested on Wednesday for killing his father in Maharashtra. He was arrested from Palghar district in Maharashtra. The accused has been identified as Mavin D'Souza.

Mavin D'Souza killed his father Wilson D'Souza (51) by hitting him with a hard object on his head. The accused killed his father at their home in Vasai area on Tuesday evening.

The victim died on the spot. The police arrested the accused on Wednesday morning. He was booked under Section 302 of the IPC. Police has sent the body for post mortem to a nearby hospital. Police has started investigating the matter.
