Chandigarh animator Prabhjot Singh's 3D model of Golden Temple finds mention in World Book of Records
Chandigarh-based animator, Prabhjot Singh, has created a Digital 3D model of the Golden Temple, Amritsar. The animator claims that this is for the first time that the model of the Golden Temple has been showcased in 3D.
His Digital 3D model of the Golden Temple has made it to the World Book of Records, London. Earlier, this model had also found the mention in the India Book of Records.

Keeping in mind the sanctity of the religious place and the Sikh sentiments, the animator has created only the exteriors of the Golden Temple in 3D. No interiors have been created.

As per the Sikh belief, the Gurus and 'Baani' cannot be animated or modeled in 3D.
Animator Prabhjot Singh's 3D model of the Golden Temple has also been appreciated by Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (DSGMC) president Manjinder Singh Sirsa.
Also, the management of the DSGMC, Gurdwara Bangla Sahib, Gurdwara Rakab Ganj Sahib, Gurdwara Sis Ganj Sahib, Gurdwara Nanak Piao Sahib have uploaded the artist's creation on their official Facebook pages.
He has also presented the Digital 3D model to Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal and Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee (PPCC) president Navjot Singh Sidhu.
The model has also been showcased to Punjab Pradesh Congress Committee general secretary Pargat Singh, Shiromani Akali Dal leader Bikram Singh Majithia, Adviser to Delhi Chief Minister; Deepak Bali, and Former Punjab Education Minister, Daljit Singh Cheema.
