Coronavirus: India reports 34,703 new cases in last 24 hours, lowest in 111 days
Coronavirus India Updates: India's COVID-19 active caseload has declined to 4,64,357, the lowest in 101 days, the Union Health Ministry stated on Tuesday.
As per the coronavirus updates, India reported 34,703 new COVID-19 cases, 51,864 recoveries, and 553 deaths in the last 24 hours.

India reported 34,703 new cases in the last 24 hours, the lowest in 111 days. On the other hand, the recovery rate has increased to 97.17percent.

Meanwhile, the total number of coronavirus cases has increased to 3,06,19,932 while the total recoveries have gone up to 2,97,52,294.
The active cases in the country have reached 4,64,357 while the death toll stands at 4,03,281. As of now, a total of 35,75,53,612 people have been vaccinated in the country so far.
The Government of India stated that more than 37.07 crore vaccine doses have been provided to States/UTs so far, and 23,80,000 doses are in the pipeline. More than 1.66 cr balance and unutilized vaccine doses are still available with the States/UTs, it said.
Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) stated that a total of 42,14,24,881 samples have been tested for COVID-19 up to July 5, 2021. Of these, 16,47,424 samples were tested on Monday.
