‘Guns and Gulaabs’: Watch RajKummar Rao's 'swag and style' as Paana Tipu, new motion poster unveiled
PTC News Desk: The makers of the upcoming series 'Guns and Gulaabs' shared a new motion poster of actor RajKummar Rao on Sunday.
Filmmakers Raj and DK released the motion poster on Instagram, captioning it, “Coming with swag, style and umm… a spanner! Introducing Paana Tipu! @rajkummar_rao Guns & Gulaabs Trailer in 3 days!!”
RajKummar's character, Paana Tipu, is introduced in the motion poster.
Fans swamped the comment section with red hearts and fire emoticons shortly after the makers presented the motion poster.
"Excited main Edda," a fan said.
Another fan commented, "Supperbbb."
On August 2, the series' official trailer will be released.
'Guns and Gulaabs' is a quirky, genre-blend that stars Rajkummar Rao, Dulquer Salmaan, Adarsh Gourav, T.J. Bhanu, and Gulshan Devaiah in major parts.
From the first kill to the first kiss, anything may happen in Gulaabganj as gangs run wild, a cartel heir is hesitant to start his new life, a mechanic is yearning for love, and an officer is battling to keep his secrets.
Inspired by the world's misfits, 'Guns & Gulaabs' is a story about love and innocence set in a criminal world. The series is planned to merge the romance of the 1990s with a crime thriller while effortlessly mixing humour.
The series' official teaser was recently released by the makers.
The teaser begins with Rajkummar Rao crying, but at beating someone.
In the background, he may be seen discussing one's dark side. This clip also shows Dulquer as a police officer. Adarsh Gourav has also indicated his presence. He seemed to be portraying a thug in the project.
'Guns and Gulaabs,' directed by Raj & DK, will release on Netflix on August 18.
