Tunisha Sharma case: Actor Sheezan Khan released from jail after 70 days
Mumbai (Maharashtra), March 5: Sheezan Khan, the prime accused in the suicide of co-star and ex-girlfriend actress Tunisha Sharma, was released on bail from Thane Central Jail on Sunday.
On Saturday, the Vasai Court granted Sheezan bail with a Rs 1 lakh surety bond and ordered him to submit his passport. Sheezan was arrested in December of last year and has been held in judicial custody since then.
Waliv Police filed a 524-page chargesheet in Vasai court last month, accusing Sheezan in the 21-year-old actress' suicide case.

Furthermore, Sheezan's family previously claimed that he was falsely implicated in the case by the late actor's mother and that Tunisha was like "family" to them.
Sheezan was rumoured to be dating his 'Ali Baba Dastaan-E-Kabul' co-star Tunisha, who was found hanging at a TV serial set a fortnight after the duo ended their months-long relationship.
Sheezan was arrested on the charges of 'Abetment to Suicide' within hours of the actress' death.
