Jammu and Kashmir: In yet another ceasefire by Pakistan, a 15-day-old baby lost his life on Monday, following the injuries on Sunday. As per reports, three civilians were injured including a woman and her baby following the ceasefire violation by Pakistan resorting firing of small arms and mortar shelling on forwarding posts and villages along the Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir. publive-image The 15-day-old boy, who was not even given a name was injured and hence, the infant succumbed to his injuries. The two other injured were identified as Mohammad Arif (40), Fatima Jan (35). Fatima was the mother of the deceased infant, who lost life in a ceasefire. Amid the intense shelling, the injured were rushed to the hospital. publive-image On Monday, the infant succumbed to his injuries. According to the sources, the mortar shelling took place at around 5 PM near Saujiyan sector, while cross-border firing took place at around 8 PM in Mankote area of Mendhar sector.
