PTC News Desk: The Congress party accused the Income Tax department of freezing its bank accounts, including those of the Youth Congress, with allegations emerging on Friday.

Congress Treasurer Ajay Maken revealed in a press conference that they received information indicating that banks were not honoring their issued cheques.
