Sidhu Moosewala murder: Mansa court sends five accused to judicial remand
Mansa (Punjab), June 11: Nine persons arrested for the killing of Sidhu Moosewala were produced in the local court on Saturday. Manpreet Manna, Manpreet Bhau, Saraj Mintu, Prabhdeep Singh Pabbi and Charanjit Singh Chetan were sent to judicial remand while Sandeep, alias Kekda, was sent to four-day police remand.
The Mansa police also brought Monu Dagar Pawan and Naseeb Khan from the Faridkot jail on production warrants and produced them in the court. They were sent to remand till June 15.
Following the directions of Canada-based gangster Goldy Brar, Sandeep, alias Kekda, had kept tabs on the Punjabi singer’s movements by posing as his fan. Kekda even took selfies with Sidhu Moosewala singer when he left home minutes before his murder.

As per reports, Manpreet Manna provided a Toyota Corolla car to Manpreet Bhau, who further delivered the car to two persons —suspected to be the shooters — on the directions of Saraj Mintu, a close aide of Goldy Brar.
Prabhdeep Sidhu, alias Pabbi, had provided shelter to two associates of Goldy Brar, who came from Haryana in January 2022, and also got recce conducted of Moosewala’s home and surrounding areas through them. Monu Dagar had arranged two shooters. Pawan Bishnoi and Naseeb had handed over Balero to shooters.
Earlier on Friday, the International Criminal Police Organisation (Interpol) on Thursday issued Red Corner Notice (RCN) against gangster Satinderjeet Singh, alias Goldy Brar, and gangster-turned-terrorist Harvinder Singh Sandhu, alias Rinda.
"Goldy Brar is suspected to be operating from Canada while Rinda is suspected to be operating from Pakistan," said a senior police officer.
He added that Rinda is connected to the banned pro-Khalistani outfit Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and works in coordination with the Pakistani intelligence agency ISI.
A senior CBI official informed that after the issuance of RCN, the process to enable their extradition to India will begin.

Goldy Brar, a native of Sri Muktsar Sahib, had gone to Canada on a student visa in 2017 and he is an active member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. He is operating from Canada.
