The ICC Men’s ODI Cricket World Cup 2023 is being held in India. The 13th edition of the ODI Cricket World Cup began on October 5 and the grand finale is scheduled on November 19 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Virat Kohli (India) (354 Runs)

The stalwart Indian batter has regained his form and is looking flawless after the conclusion of the first five games of the World Cup. He has scored 354 runs at an average of 118.00 in five matches. His 103* against Bangladesh was nothing short of a treat for cricket fans around the world. 

Rohit Sharma (India) (311)

Indian skipper Rohit Sharma who is looking to make memories with the team as he continues to walk in the twilight of his career will be eager to end the campaign as the top run scorer. In the first five matches, he has scored 311 runs at an average of 62.20. The top spot still remains within his reach. 

Mohammad Rizwan (Pakistan) (294)

Pakistan wicketkeeper batter Rizwan has played some sensational knocks for his team but his sole performances haven't been enough to secure victories for his side. In four matches he has struck 294 runs at an average of 98.00. 

Rachin Ravindra (New Zealand) (290)

The 23-year-old batter has established himself as one of the biggest prospects in the world of cricket. His influential knocks have guided the Kiwis to comfortable victories. In five matches he has scored 290 runs with an average of 72.50. 

Daryl Mitchell (New Zealand) (268)

The experienced batter has provided stability in the Kiwis' middle order with his explosive knocks. He has scored 268 runs in 4 innings at an average of 89.33. He played a wonderful knock of 130(127) against India to power his team to a score of 273. But Kohli's heroics turned the tides and clinched India's first victory over New Zealand after 20 years in the World Cup.
