Chandigarh-based Atulya Healthcare's directors booked for fraud
Chandigarh, June 28: Directors of Atulya Healthcare, Sector 11, Chandigarh, Pankaj Kumar Kansal of Sector 20 and Anuj Gupta of Sector 30 have been booked for cheating. An FIR against them was lodged by city's leading drug dealer and operator of Kumar Realtors.
In his complaint to the police, the owner of Kumar Realtors alleged that he had given his Sector 11, Chandigarh-based property to the directors of Atulya Healthcare for the purpose of service providers. However, the accused allegedly forged his signatures in 2019 and prepared a fake rent deed for nine years.

It had been mentioned in the deed that Rs 5,000 per month was being given as rent by Atulya Healthcare. On the basis of the complaint, the police have booked directors of Atulya Healthcare Pankaj Kumar Kansal and Anuj Gupta for cheating.
Karan Singla, son of Vinod Kumar Singla, owner of Kumar Realtors, alleged that in 2015, they had signed a medical service agreement with Atulya Healthcare. However, the directors of the healthcare prepared a nine-year rent agreement in the name of their second company M/s Stead Fast Healthcare Pvt Ltd by forging his father's signature. These documents were also presented before the registrar.
When the fraud was came to their notice, he lodged a complaint on the SSP window in March 2022. Following this, an FIR was registered against both directors of Atulya Healthcare on Monday.
