Farmers' protest: SC seeks farm unions' response on plea seeking lifting of road blockade

Farmers' protest: The Supreme Court on Thursday asked farmers' unions to file their response on a petition seeking removal of protesting farmers from roads. The Supreme Court has posted the matter of farmers' protest at Delhi borders for hearing on December 7. However, all of these meetings remained inconclusive. Farmers have been adamant about their demands that including repealing of three farm laws and a guarantee on MSP. On the other hand, the government is insisting leave the way of protest and talk.
