publive-imageThe flood like situation came after water was released from the Hathinikund Barrage in Haryana's Yamunanagar district. The water was released at 8 am on Monday. Delhi's Water Minister, Satyendar Jain said that the Aam Aadmi Party government is prepared to deal with any situation caused by possible floods in the national capital and the government was closely monitoring the situation and was working to ensure all requirements are in place to tackle any flood-like situation. publive-image"We have a flood-control system ready and it will be activated when any the situation demands it," he said.
