Assembly Elections 2022 Highlights ; With just a few hours left for the end of campaigning for Punjab legislative assembly elections scheduled on February 20, all parties have been aggressively engaged in endorsing their works and attracting voters. The poll campaigning in Punjab will come to an end at 6 pm on Friday.

Meanwhile, elections are underway in Uttar Pradesh and polling in Goa and Uttarakhand has been concluded. Assembly elections in Manipur (two phases) are scheduled to be held on February 28 & March 5.
PM Narendra Modi addressed the rally in Punjab’s Fazilka and Uttar Pradesh’s Fatehpur. Amit Shah also addressed a rally in Manipuri on February 17, 2020. While addressing the rally in Punjab, Prime Minister Narendra Modi slammed Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi for his remark on ‘bhaiyas’ from Uttar Pradesh and Bihar.
The high-octane campaign in Uttar Pradesh for phase-3 concluded today. The polling for the third phase will be held on February 20 in Karhal where the BJP has pitted Union minister SP Singh Baghel against Akhilesh Yadav.
