Hathras case: All aspects to be dealt by Allahabad HC- Supreme Court
The Supreme Court on Tuesday stated that all aspects of the Hathras case, including monitoring of probe, will be dealt by the Allahabad HC.
The court said the Allahabad HC will consider all aspects and CBI will file status reports there.

The top court said the plea for transfer of the trial out of UP will be considered later after the probe is completed by CBI.
The 19-year-old Dalit woman was allegedly raped by four upper-caste men in Hathras on September 14. She died on September 29 at Delhi's Safdarjung Hospital during treatment.

The victim was cremated in the middle of the night near her home on September 30. Her family alleged they were forced by the local police to hurriedly conduct her last rites. Local police officers, however, said the cremation was carried out "as per the wishes of the family".
