Jharkhand: 3 dead, several feared trapped as illegal coal mine collapses in Dhanbad
PTC Web Desk: At least three persons died and many are feared trapped in illegal coal mine collapse in Jharkhand's Dhanbad, officials said on Friday.
The incident was reported at 10.30 am in the Bhowra Colliery area of Bharat Coking Coal Limited (BCCL), about 21 km from Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
The exact number people feared trapped or injured in illegal coal mine collapse is not yet known. Rescue operations are underway.
It is learnt that local villagers were engaged in illegal mining when the collapsed.
