Non-bailable warrant issued against Jalandhar’s AAP MLA Sheetal Angural
PTC News Desk: The Chief Judicial Magistrate has issued a non-bailable warrant against Aam Aadmi Party MLA Sheetal Angural for not appearing in the court despite repeated summons in the Harvinder Kaur Minty case.
The court issued a non-bailable warrant against the MLA and ordered him to produce before the court on August 24. The orders have also been given to cancel all surety bonds of MLA.
Charges were filed against MLA Sheetal Angural in Harvinder Kaur Minty case on June 6, 2022. From June till date, MLA was repeatedly seeking relief from personal appearance and was not appearing in the court. Apart from this, Sheetal Angural is also accused of going to abroad without informing the court, regarding which a complaint has also been filed in the court.
Harvinder Kaur Minty lodged a case against AAP MLA Sheetal Angural for using derogatory language and commenting against Harvinder Kaur Minty on Facebook post. In the complaint, Minty stated that apart from saying objectionable words about, Sheetal also called her blackmailer.
