The police on Friday claimed to have solved a kidnapping case within 10 hours by rescuing a girl from Ferozepur. The girl was abducted two hours before her marriage ceremony.

According to information, a girl was kidnapped by two men in Muktsar on Friday. The woman had gone to a beauty parlor for makeup before her wedding ceremony and when she came out, the two accused men kidnapped her.

The local police had registered a case under sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the accused.
