Three-year-old raped, murdered in Gurugram A three-year-old girl was raped and murdered by a 20-year-old neighbor in Gurugram. The girl was abducted, raped and brutally murdered in sector 66 here. The child went missing on Sunday evening and her body was found on Monday morning in the bushes. The child’s body was sent for postmortem. It revealed that she was raped and a 10-cm wooden stick was inserted into her private parts. It led to injuries and excessive bleeding. Later the child succumbed to her injuries. The child was hit with a heavy object on her head due to which the skull sustained a deep depressed fracture. He signaled towards a Rs 10 note and asked to come along to get chocolates. The child rushed to him and it was the last time the child was seen. The child's father works as a laborer. He told the media sources that his child was very happy to go lucky type. When his child did not return home that evening, he thought she must have gone to somebody's home to play and sleep there only. Police has registered a case under Section 302 (murder) and Section 6 (aggravated penetrative sexual assault) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act at Sector 65 police station.
