Russia-Ukraine War Day 13 Highlights: It's been 13 days and there seems no end to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Even the third round of meetings between the two nations remained inconclusive.
Meanwhile, Ukraine has claimed that it has killed Russian Major General Vitaly Gerasimov near Kharkiv, Ukraine’s Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Defense Ministry said. Vitaly Gerasimov was a senior military official who participated in the second Chechen war and was awarded a medal for “capturing Crimea.”

As per the report, the Ukrainian transport infrastructure damage due to Russian aggression has reached $10 billion. Ukraine's Minister of Infrastructure Oleksandr Kubrakov estimated that most losses can be recovered in a year, with the most complex in a “maximum of two."
