Russia-Ukraine War Day 13 Highlights: It's been 13 days and there seems no end to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. Even the third round of meetings between the two nations remained inconclusive. Meanwhile, Ukraine has claimed that it has killed Russian Major General Vitaly Gerasimov near Kharkiv, Ukraine’s Chief Directorate of Intelligence of the Defense Ministry said.
